After-Hours Tech Support
Sometimes issues don’t arise until you turn on the TV after dinner. That’s why we have Technicians available by phone in the evenings and on weekends to remotely assist, and in the case of an emergency we can even drop by.
Outside of our normal business hours of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, After-Hours Tech Support is available at the following times:
Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Everything ages, even the systems we install in your home. Let us turn back the clock a bit with an annual checkup that will keep your system working optimally and prevent many future problems.
Remote Programming Changes
If a year from now you want your “Favorite Music” button to do something different, or would like a lighting scene changed, we can make all those changes quickly and remotely.
Program Details & Conditions
Lifetime Service All installation labor performed under current contracts with Rely Technology Group, LLC include Lifetime Service coverage. The Lifetime Service only applies to products sold by Rely Technology Group, LLC, and only to the original owner, at the original installation location, and may not be transferred. The Lifetime Service covers the cost of the service call and additional labor time for the failure of the electronic equipment or accessories resulting from normal usage and proper maintenance by Rely Technology Group, LLC. It covers the cost of labor for replacing defective hardware for as long as the defective item is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty or a period of three years from the date of Substantial Completion, whichever is greater, and as long as the replacement product is provided by Rely Technology Group, LLC. Rely Technology Group, LLC does not warrant the products it sells. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. The Lifetime Service does not cover the cost of replacement equipment, equipment upgrades, additions or new work, any malfunctions, failure or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, or repair by anyone other than Rely Technology Group, LLC, any failure to comply with the warnings and instructions in the device’s operator’s manual, or Acts of God. Any system additions, alterations, modifications or repair by anyone other than Rely Technology Group, LLC void the Lifetime Service.
